Water – hydration is not optional.
Towel – yes, you will be wet.
Hair tie – trust us, sauna hair is real.
Snack for after – you’ll earn it.
Change of clothes – If you want them, we have changing rooms available.
HOW TO PREPARE:
Hydrate the night before – think of it like pre-gaming, but for recovery.
Dress Code: bathing suit or athletic clothes you don’t mind getting sweaty and WET.
Shoes: No shoes = service. Bring slip-ons for after your session.
Every session is instructor-led, community-driven, and way more fun than doing it alone.
